GREENHOUSE Refund & Cancellation Policy
As of 18 September 2026
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Tickets to GREENHOUSE events are non-refundable, but if you’re unable to attend you
have the options set out below.
If you can’t attend
1. Transfer your ticket to someone else. You can sell or gift your ticket, and we’ll
change the name on it free of charge. Give us written notice at least 7 days before the
event.
2. Roll over to next year. You can move your ticket to next year’s event instead. If the
ticket price has risen since you bought, you will need to pay the difference; if it’s the
same or lower, there’s nothing more to pay. Let us know at least 7 days before this
year’s event.
Non-attendance. No refund is given to anyone who has booked and paid but is unable to
attend on the day, for any reason.
If we cancel or reschedule. If we have to cancel or reschedule a GREENHOUSE event,
you’ll be offered a place at the new date; if you can’t make that date, you’ll receive a full
refund.
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, for example an act of
God, war or terrorism, fire, epidemic or pandemic, flood, strike, or action by the venue.
How to request. Email hello@floortenagency.com with full name and the option you’d like.
We handle requests within 3 working days.
